Well - here are a couple funny updates for you:
1. Our motorbike stopped working. Yes....we just got it. But, don't worry, we didn't buy it from some random guys off the street (like we easily could have), but we bought it from an actual store and it actually came with a 3 month warranty. So Bret took it back and traded it in, paid a tiny bit extra, and got a brand new bike - with a 3 year warranty. You can see the picture of our nice, new one.
2. We found out that the random guy in the taekwondo uniform who drove by on a motorcyle the other night...the one that Bret and I tried to get on with so he could take us to our lesson...was not just some random guy. He was in fact the INSTRUCTOR of ANOTHER taekwondo class that meets in our neighborhood. Apparently taekwondo is a pretty popular thing here in Chiang Mai. Who knew!? We're off to our second class tonight - let's hope the "modern dance" portion of the class has been modernized down.
